1Coast News is a film that has been designed to raise awareness in students about what can be recycled & what happens to recycling on the Central Coast. It also touches on the life-cycle of recycling & the benefit of shopping with recycling in mind.  

Filmed by the award winning film crew at Treehouse Creative in November 2010, 1Coast News stars the following Central Coast Students:

• Selene McPhail from Tuggerah Lakes Secondary College, Berkeley Vale Campus as the Female News Anchor
• Brandon Lloyd from Niagara Park Public School as the Male News Anchor
• Emily Fox from Our Lady of the Rosary, Shelly Beach as the Weather Girl
• Brianna Harvey-Khowley from Tuggerah Lakes Secondary College, Berkeley Vale Campus as an in-the-field reporter
• Shannon Griedberg from Niagara Park Public School as an in-the-field reporter
• Kassidy Fisher from Niagara Park Public School as an in-the-field reporter
• Jaime Harvey from Brooke Avenue Public School as an in-the-field reporter
• Angela Lagrassa from Brooke Avenue Public School as an in-the-field reporter
